Shake & Bake Chicken

I am a chicken lover and I can say that this is by far the best baked chicken I've ever had. It's my mom's recipe and I'm so proud of it too. I've enjoyed this awesome chicken for many years now it's time for you to try it.

If you're looking for a camp menu, then this it. We've been using this delicious recipe at our church youth camp for the past two years.
The best sides for this would be mashed potatoes, stir-fried vegetables, boiled corn, salads,  dill pickles, garlic bread, etc.

To make your own and quick bread crumbs, toast bread a little more than how much you normally do and using a coffee grinder, you can get fine powdered bread crumbs.
